Short Description:

Hastelloy wire mesh is another kind of nickel-based alloy braided wire mesh besides monel braided wire mesh and nichrome braided wire mesh. Hastelloy is an alloy of nickel, molybdenum and chromium. According to the chemical composition of different substances, Hastelloy can be divided into Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C276 and Hastelloy X.

Applications

Hastelloy wire mesh is the best corrosion resistant material of all metal materials. It is resistant to acid, oxidation, salt and other corrosive environments.

Hastelloy B standard wire mesh is the most widely used type of all types of Hastelloy materials. Resistant to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations, temperatures and conditions. In other words, Hastelloy braided wire cloth can work well at high temperatures even at boiling points. It can also perform well in hydrogen chloride gas. Hastelloy B-3 is superior to B-2 because it has less cracking and higher chemical stability.
